With over 25 years of experience, Coach Glenn has guided thousands of swimmers from their first strokes to state-level success. He specializes in age group development and leads a thriving masters program, inspiring swimmers of all ages to stay active and love the sport.
As the founder of CCendurance, Coach Glenn promotes lifelong fitness and community through training and events. A dedicated athlete himself, he's a two-time Ironman finisher, 15-time SOS Triathlon participant, and has completed Rock the Ridge, 10 Cabin Challenge Fully Montys, and numerous other endurance events.
Coach Glenn brings passion, energy, and a deep commitment to helping others reach their goals—both in and out of the pool.
With over 30 years of coaching experience, Coach Melissa has helped shape the journeys of countless swimmers, including dozens of state champions. Known for her skill in working with young athletes, she has coached at both the age group and high school levels, bringing knowledge, patience, and a passion for the sport to every pool deck.
A former collegiate swimmer at SUNY Cortland, Coach Mel is also a seasoned endurance athlete, having completed 7 SOS Triathlons, Half Ironmans, and Marathons. She is a co-owner of CCendurance, a business focused on building a strong, healthy community through physical wellness and lifelong fitness.
Coach Ashley has been part of the New Paltz Seahawks since 2010. She began swimming at the age of 7 and started coaching for the team in 2021. Ashley recently graduated from Iona University in 2025 and was a member and captain of their swimming and diving team. As a swimmer, she was a 2x section 9 champion and a 5x MAAC champion. Ashley’s favorite part of coaching is building relationships with the swimmers and seeing them succeed each summer!
Kate has been a part of the New Paltz Seahawks program since she was 5. She was a team captain for the New Paltz girls varsity swim team and is currently a Hawks swim team captain. As a swimmer, she is a section IX champion, NYS and Speedo sectional qualifier. Kate is planning to attend Central Connecticut State University this coming fall, where she will continue her swimming career. Kate is super excited to be a coach for the Seahawks. She has a passion for working with children, and loves seeing them accomplish their goals!
